We’ve transformed our clinical process into a smooth remote experience, integrating advanced virtual analysis with our signature medical-grade materials, including carbon fiber.

How Our Remote Process Works

Step 1: The Virtual Pedorthic Consultation

We begin with a comprehensive 30–45 minute video evaluation. Using high-definition video I will conduct a remote assessment, review your injury history, and examine your current footwear.

 * Cost: $50 (Applied toward your custom orthotics purchase).

Step 2: The Professional Impression Kit

If custom orthotics are required, we ship a Medical-Grade Foam Impression Kit directly to your home. Unlike "online-only" brands that use apps or photos, we require a physical 3D mold of your foot to ensure clinical accuracy.

Step 3: Engineering & Fabrication

Your molds are returned to our lab where we engineer your Ultimate Custom Orthotics. We use the same medical grade materials and specialized top-covers we provide to our local clients here in DFW.

Step 4: Delivery & Fitting Call

Your custom orthotics will be shipped via insured mail. Upon arrival, we will arrange a short Fitting Follow-up via video call to ensure the perfect alignment between your foot, the orthotic, and your shoe.
