Our process is different.
Every orthotic is designed and reviewed by Michael L. Ashley, C. Ped a Board Certified Pedorthist known for his uncompromising standards in functional footwear and orthotic design. We serve clients nationwide with a medically sound, mail-based option for select non-diabetic foot conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel pain, metatarsalgia, and work-related fatigue.
We do not offer orthotics for diabetic foot care or complex pathologies that require an in person evaluation.

Your journey begins with a virtual intake, where we screen your condition and determine eligibility. If appropriate, we ship you a foam impression kit with clear instructions. You’ll make your impressions barefoot and from a seated position, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Once returned, your impressions are reviewed clinically and used to fabricate custom orthotics tailored to your foot structure, gait, and lifestyle.
Unlike generic providers, we offer optional follow-up consultations to ensure fit and comfort. You’ll receive break-in guidance and support, not just a product in a box.
